The full featured WYSIWYG  editor is powerful enough to let you build many kinds of surveys with as many questions and possible answers you can think of. For complex or custom arrangements, we are able to custom build your solution.

Responses can indeed be captured on the blockchain, however, response tokens are kept and managed entirely seperately to this process. Even if someone works out who used which token, the responses are recorded independantly. Response tokens are not in any way tied to form submissions.

Public blockchain submissions are also time delayed so as not to allow time based evesdropping.

Emails can optionally be used in distribution process - but we do not record or store any of these emails, outside of the mailing process.

Finally, you are able to optionally encrypt responses to secure responses and only reveal them on demand.

Absolutely! The idea was originally conceived to enable this use case. Of course, with blockchain option used, Publicly verifiable voting, where the public has visibility of submissions, is a key game-changer.

We are able to also provide kiosk hardware and functionality if needed for specific use cases of this nature.

Ballot papers can be rather unique and complex in arrangements - we can custom build a matching solution if the WYSIWYG editor proves insufficient.

Blockchain tech can provide a part of the solution. Proof of responses, and public access to response data is important! Blockchain technology will also maintain the immutability of the responses... no hacking here. But because there is externality to the entire process involving identity, there needs to be external measures to this system taking place too.
